Because products are custom-made:

  • Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

4. Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property

Customers submitting artwork, logos, graphics, trademarks, or designs represent and warrant that:

  • They own the rights to the submitted materials; or
  • They have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, or authorizations.

You agree not to upload or submit any content that:

  • Violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws;
  • Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive;
  • Contains malicious code or harmful software.

Omni Print LLC is not responsible for verifying ownership rights of submitted content.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any order or content that may violate laws or intellectual property rights.

5. Order Approval & Customer Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Reviewing uploaded artwork;
  • Checking spelling, grammar, and design accuracy;
  • Verifying sizing, placement, and order details;
  • Ensuring image resolution and print quality suitability.

Once an order enters production, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Omni Print LLC is not responsible for customer-approved errors.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors;
  • Refuse or cancel orders containing inaccurate pricing;
  • Limit quantities;
  • Require verification before processing orders.

Payment must be completed before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Applicable taxes and shipping fees may be added during checkout.

7. Production & Shipping

Production and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Equipment maintenance,
  • Supply shortages,
  • Shipping carrier delays,
  • Weather,
  • High order volume,
  • Artwork issues,
  • Events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

8. Returns, Refunds & Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are generally final unless:

  • The product arrives damaged;
  • There is a verified manufacturing defect;
  • The incorrect item was shipped.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Customer-submitted artwork errors;
  • Incorrect sizing selections;
  • Minor color variations;
  • Improper transfer application;
  • Customer application errors;
  • Normal production tolerances.

Claims regarding damaged or defective products must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.

9. DTF Transfer Application Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for properly applying DTF transfers according to recommended heat press instructions.

Omni Print LLC is not liable for issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect temperature settings;
  • Improper pressure;
  • Incorrect pressing time;
  • Use of incompatible fabrics or garments;
  • Improper storage or handling.

Testing transfers before large production runs is strongly recommended.

10. Website Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or servers;
  • Distribute malware or harmful code;
  • Interfere with website operations;
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without permission;
