At Omni Print LLC, every order is made just for you. Because we produce custom and print-on-demand items, please review our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect.
Production & Processing Time
All orders are custom-made and require production time before shipping. Estimated production times are as follows:
- Standard custom apparel (t-shirts, long sleeves): 5–10 business days
- Gang sheet printing: 1–2 business days
- Banners, yard signs, and large-format items: 5–10 business days
- Custom orders: Production time varies — you will be contacted with an estimated timeline after your order is placed.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Once your order is produced and ready to ship, we offer carrier-calculated shipping rates at checkout through the following carriers:
- UPS
- USPS
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination. You'll see your available options and exact costs at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time frames
Delivery times are in addition to production time and vary by shipping method selected:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
- Express shipping: 1–2 business days
Total estimated time to receive your order = Production Time + Shipping Time.
Large & Oversized Items
Banners, yard signs, and other large-format printed items may require special packaging and handling. These items are carefully rolled or packaged to arrive in perfect condition. Shipping costs for oversized items are calculated at checkout and may differ from standard rates.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
